Problem
Generally charging problem is common in Tecno mobile. Charging is not happening even after changing the charging pin. Charging is not happening even after changing the battery. Does this mean that your OVP IC may be damaged? So through this blog we will tell you how the mobile can be repaired by bypassing OVP IC.
Solution
First of all we will identify the OVP. Either we will remove and replace the OVP IC. If it still works after replacing then it is fine. Otherwise if you do not have the IC then you can bypass the IC by putting a jumper as shown in the image.
understand the image
You can see the zoomed red circle shown in the image, there are two big capacitors placed where the jumper is shown with red line, that means you can bypass the IC by jumping it with a small wire.
