Phone Is About To Shutdown
Model – Karbonn KW201
Problem
The “Phone is about to turn off” message appears as soon as the mobile is turned on, even if the battery is charged. This problem may be caused by a hardware level fault in the battery voltage sensor or the power management unit.
Solution
To solve this problem, a 4k to 10k resistor has to be installed at a specific place on the mobile’s motherboard. This can be solved by installing a 4K to 10K resistor between the ground point of the battery connector and the BSI point.
